Ross makes opening day NFL roster for first time

videoFor the first time in his career, Jay Ross will start the season on a NFL roster. The New Hanover High School and East Carolina grad announced the news on Twitter this afternoon that he has made the opening day roster for the Buffalo Bills.

videoOn Thursday the ECU Pirate Caravan rolled into the Port City for a party on the USS North Carolina. Football coach Ruffin McNeill and basketball coach Jeff Lebo entertained the "Pirate Nation." The UNCW baseball team got back on track on Thursday with a win over William & Mary. The Hoggard baseball team won a first round state playoff game. Plus more!
