Arrangements made for Sergeant Ed Kramer

Final arrangements have been set for Wilmington National Guard Sergeant Ed Kramer. Kramer and three other soldiers were killed in Baghdad June 29th when an IED exploded near their HUMVEE.

The military has confirmed that four North Carolina National Guard soldiers have been killed in Iraq, one of them from Wilmington, thirty-nine-year-old Staff Sergeant Ed Kramer.
