Ply Gem to bring 145 jobs to Fair Bluff

Gov. Pat McCrory and NC Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Ply Gem Industries, a manufacturer of building products, will expand its operations in Columbus County. The company plans to create 145 jobs and invest $15.5 million over the next three years in Fair Bluff.

Fair Bluff Town Manager doesn't like to see himself on TV; Won't address employee who wrecked car

Wednesday Town Manager Al Leonard did not have any answers about what has or will happen. video Leonard, who ran for state House last year and also serves as Tabor City's Manager, refused to go on camera saying, "I don't like to see myself on TV."
