videoIt's heartbreak city for fans of New Hanover High. The Panther Creek boys basketball team stuck a dagger in New Hanover at the final buzzer to end the season for the Wildcats. WWAY was there for the dramatic finish. On Friday's Full Court Press we had extensive state playoff coverage from five different games: New Hanover's heartbreaking loss at the buzzer, West Brunswick's nailbiting victory over Southern Durham, a Trask come from behind win against Whiteville, East Bladen's come from behind thriller against Southern Vance and another nailbiter from East Columbus where the Gators won by one point. videoIt was a "Wildcat" type of night in basketball in the Mideastern Conference. Both the New Hanover boys and girls won tournament titles on Friday. In the Four County Conference East Bladen captured the girls title. Clinton won the boys title. We had highlights and post-game reaction from all four games on the Full Court Press. Check it out.
