Jonathan Barfield is a second-generation New Hanover County commissioner. His father served on the board for 12 years. Barfield hopes to follow in his father's footsteps, which would start by being elected to a second term in office. Barfield serves on numerous boards and committees to help stay involved in the community. He sat down with us to share this thoughts on a proposed baseball stadium as well as the need for more jobs in Wilmington.
