Wilmington's Linda Lavin has earned another Tony Award Nomination. The 74-year-old, who owns and operates the Red Barn Studio Theatre at 3rd and Marstellar Streets with her husband, is nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role in a Play for her performance in "The Lyons."

Wilmington's resident Tony winner is about to add another accolade to her resume. Playbill.com reports Linda Lavin will be inducted to the theater Hall of Fame in January.

Lavin earned the nomination for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Play for her role as Ruth Steiner in "Collected Stories," which is currently running on Broadway. She played the same role at her Red Barn Studio Theatre in Wilmington back in 2007.
