HAPPENING TODAY: Feds holding hearing on loggerheads habitat

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is holding another public hearing on designating hundreds of miles of beaches along the Southeast and Gulf costs as critical habitat for endangered loggerhead sea turtles. Wednesday's hearing in Wilmington is the second this week on the designation for 750 miles of shoreline.
