Hearing airs sex crimes case against US general

US Army prosecutors are charging a general with sex crimes against five women, including four military subordinates and a civilian. The first details of the charges filed in September emerged at a military justice hearing Monday for Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair at Fort Bragg.

Bounty captain claimed he chased hurricanes

As we told you Thursday night at 11, the Coast Guard has called off the search for missing HMS Bounty Captain Robin Walbridge. Now, a formal inquiry into the sinking of the tall ship during hurricane Sandy is underway. A TV interview with Walbridge may also shed some light on what happened. In the August 12 interview in Maine, Walbridge said there is no such thing as bad weather.
