New Hanover County CommissionRAW VIDEO: Berger, colleagues air differences at town hall meetingWILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- New Hanover County Commissioners talked about a lot of issues during a town hall meeting at Williston Middle School last night, but several times questions via Twitter brought the commissioners back to the ongoing issues involving Commissioner Brian Berger, including the other commissioners asking him to resign recently. This video includes the raw video we shot during those parts of the meeting, including what Berger had to say about his fellow commissioners and responses from Chairman Jonathan Barfield and Vice Chairman Jason Thompson. New Hanover County Sheriff's deputies served New Hanover County Commissioner Brian Berger with a protective order a short time after his Thursday evening news conference. A Sheriff's Office spokesman says the 10-day protective order was filed by Berger's ex-girlfriend Heather Blaylock.
