This afternoon's New Hanover County Commission agenda review meeting included something of a surprise, when Commissioner Brian Berger showed up. It's the first time Berger has attended a meeting since the Dec. 5 agenda review. Hours later Wilmington Police say another driver found the commissioner passed out in his car in the 3500 block of Masonboro Loop Road. Full story...
