On Friday, April 1st, New Hanover County Vice and Narcotics detectives wrapped up a month long investigation and arrested one subject for numerous heroin trafficking charges. Detectives arrested Johmar Monte Galloway, after completing a vehicle stop at the intersection of 12th and Wright Street. Police say around 11 a.m. today an 18-year-old female was selling magazines door to door in a neighborhood near Myrtle Grove Road.
