Prosecutors say it's been difficult moving forward the case of an accused rapist who allegedly victimized the same woman again while out on bond. Richard Gore left jail Oct. 24 after a judge reduced his bond, but prosecutors say they did not consent to the reduction from $1 million to $50,000 plus GPS monitoring. Full story...
