video Jury selection will begin tomorrow in the trial between the Wilmington Housing Authority and former City Councilman Ronald Sparks. The Housing Authority is suing Sparks and his company for negligence and breach of contract following some work he did for them as an engineer.

Two new faces elected to Wilmington City Council; Sparks left out

video After all the votes were counted Tuesday night two new faces came out as winners for Wilmington City Council. Businessman Neil Anderson and retiree Margaret Haynes are the two non-incumbent candidates that will fill two of three open seats; incumbent Laura Padgett was re-elected.
