Verizon sets up CFCC scholarship for domestic violence survivor

The Verizon Wireless Wilmington Call Center has established a $2,000 scholarship at Cape Fear Community College for a survivor of domestic violence. The scholarship will cover tuition, textbook expenses and related fees for an individual referred by Wilmington’s Domestic Violence Shelter and Services. Full story...
