The Belle of Topsail became grounded in the Intracoastal Waterway near Surf City Friday evening after having engine trouble. The Coast Guard and Pender County fire department helped 46 passengers and 4 crew members aboard the dinner cruise boat to a sport fishing boat 'Big Daddy.'
