videoOn Wednesday night the UNCW men's basketball team captured their second consecutive conference win. The Seahawks are now 2-3 in the CAA after a 65-60 victory over Old Dominion. On Wednesday on WWAY we also featured Wilmington's Derek Brunson. The Hoggard graduate is an MMA pro. Brunson recently won his UFC debut in Las Vegas. Full story...

videoRasheed Brown of Trask was the frontrunner for WWAY's play of the night with a sensational slam dunk in the second quarter for Trask. It didn't end up being the play of the night though. Ashley's T.J. Williams ended up with that honor after he slammed home a dunk at the buzzer to give Ashley a one point win over New Hanover.
