New details about a UNCW student found dead in his apartment last week. Although we still do not know exactly what killed freshman Bryce Scott, we have new details on how he was found. A call to New Hanover County Dispatch Friday morning came from a father looking for answers. Wallace Scott called to report his son Bryce missing just a day before the UNCW student's 19th birthday. Higher education has a higher price tag. The University of North Carolina Board of Governors voted today to increase tuition for the next school year by more than nine percent.
