Williston Middle School has faced a lot of challenges, but one community group is fulfilling a promise to lift the school up.
The Williston Legacy Project is a partnership between the Rotary Club and the school that started in August.

Students at Williston Middle School in Wilmington showed their parents just how much they appreciate them this morning. Sixth, seventh and eighth graders were out bright and early before class passing out bottled water and breakfast to the parents in the car pool line.
