The Spider-Man robber has been unmasked. Wilmington Police say a man killed in the Hillcrest community in October was the man who robbed several area stores disguised as Spider-Man.

The SABLE helicopter was hard at work last night chasing a drunk driver trying to evade police.
The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office and the Wilmington Police Department tried to stop the vehicle earlier in the day, but without success.

Occupy Wilmington has gone from street protests to camping for their cause, but the group now says it has hit a speedbump. The protestors have been asked to leave their position near City Hall, and for the most part they have done so.

Five men face a number of charges. Police Chief Ralph Evangelous says investigators believe these suspects were big suppliers in the area.

A robbery attempt last night went very bad for the robber. The hold-up at 13th and Dawson Streets did not have the outcome the would-be thief had planned. When a young man entered the Dawson Street Minimart he had robbery on his mind, but the clerk turned the tables. Today it had the neighborhood talking.
