Five points off for the walk-in cooler temperature at 50-degrees, meaning several foods were stored at the wrong temperature. There were also soiled multi-use containers and food prep sinks. The inspector said employees need to wash their hands when changing jobs. Chemical bottles need to be labeled and not stored with food. And dry foods and their containers need to labeling.
