WILMINGTON (AP) -- Four huge new cargo cranes have begun work at the state port of Wilmington.
It's taken two months to unload and test the cranes and repair damaged caused when the ship bringing them up the Cape Fear River came too close to a dredge moored near the port.
The cranes unloaded the ship YM Shanghai Monday afternoon. The cranes cane reach out 160 feet to unload cargo containers from a ship's deck.
