There is more news Monday on one of Port City Java's founders leaving the company.

Port City Java is suing Don Reynolds, his wife Denise, and a company called Don Reynolds Properties for more than $187,000.

According to the lawsuit, Reynolds used Port City Java's money for his own company along with household and personal expenses.

The suit claims his wife Denise also used Port City Java's money for her own benefit, and Reynold's company used Port City Java's money to buy property in Highlands, North Carolina.

One of Port City Java's lawyers said they are in a holding pattern right now, since they have not yet heard from anyone representing Reynolds.
