Bill introduced that would make NC restaurants and bars smoke-free

Tar Heel State restaurants and bars could become smoke-free. North Carolina House Majority Leader Hugh Holliman introduced a bill in the legislature Wednesday that would also include all indoor worksites and public places. Thoughts are mixed as to whether it's the right thing to do. Twenty-four states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico have already taken similar action.
