The alligators we usually see are green, but the Fort Fisher Aquarium found a rare albino alligator.
The gator is white with big red eyes.
The aquarium was showing off their exhibit as part of their ‘Scales and Tails’ series.
There were also hundreds of snakes from all over the world for people to pick up and touch.
"They are able to hold animals like this one, this boa constrictor, these animals will not harm you, and you'll be perfectly safe holding them, and learning about them, and that's what we really want is for people to come out and learn about animals all over the world,” explained Aquarium Director Donna Moffitt.
Scales and Tails will be happening Sunday as well. Along with snakes and alligators, visitors can touch iguanas, lizards and turtles too.
