Investigations continue in Oak Island bridge death

Progress on the Oak Island bridge remains stalled. Investigators from the North Carolina Department of Labor are still looking into the construction accident in December.

Investigators have until June to issue citations for the incident.

Construction worker Jose Montalvo was killed after a girder he was on fell to the ground.
