More information may be headed our way in the case involving a former Williston Middle School teacher, arrested after police found her in the back seat of a car with a 15-year-old boy.
New Hanover County school board officials are considering releasing the personnel file of Jessica Wishnask. The file contains information as to why she was suspended twice while at Williston.
Typically, this information is confidential, but if the release of the file will help protect the school board and it's policies the superintendent may consider making it public.

On TV 3 last night on the "Ask The Chief" segment, it was stated that flashing brake lights is what attracted the officer's attention to this parked car. If they were in the back seat, how did the brake lights come on?

They could have been in the front seat and while trying to climb over the seat to get into the back she hit the brake pedal seveal times....just a thought
