After another string of only high performers, health inspectors found one low performer in this week's Kitchen Cops report.

This week's low score belongs to Zora's Seafood Market at 1411 Castle Street in Wilmington. The inspector took three points off because there were several dirty containers and utensils stored around the kitchen. Two more because cooked fish and grits were too cold. Pans of whole, raw fish were uncovered and stored on top of one another. There was dirty ice in open fish displays. Food temperature thermometers were not available. And several things needed detailed cleaning. Fourteen violations in all and a score of 85 for Zora's Seafood Market.

Temptations Everyday Gourmet in Porters Neck is no stranger to our high performers list. It's back with a perfect 100 plus two points for workers passing a food safety course and a total of 102.

To Brunswick County, where another frequent high scorer, Mankin's Causeway Café in Supply, kept up the good work with a perfect score.

Perfection as well for Tokyo Deli on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington.

A few blocks north, the floor tiles at Ezell's Breakfast House are not in good repair and need to be cleaned more often. Just a half point off.

A score of 99.5 as well for PT's on Carolina Beach Road. The half-point deduction because the dumpster and grease barrel lid need to be closed tightly.

And up the street to Silver Lake Market. Just a half point off because it needs a dial thermometer. A 99.5 for Silver Lake Market.
