The Wilmington Temple of Israel hosted a joint fundraiser at the Hannah Block USO building Saturday.

The event featured desserts by six celebrity chefs, live music, an abundance of art and a silent auction to benefit the Wilmington-based Full Belly Project, Phoenix Employment Ministries and United Jewish Communities.

“We're very happy to be here at the Hannah Block. This is an absolutely wonderful facility for this community and the folks have been just terrific,” said benefit chair Jeri Graham.

Graham also said Saturday’s event demonstrates the Temple of Israel's commitment to Wilmington.

She said she intends for the fundraiser to be an annual affair.
