Complaints continue about Port City based internet business

The complaints keep coming in about a Wilmington based company called NewDiaperClub.com.

The owner of the company, Amy Galliher, sold customers a membership for a year's worth of diapers for an upfront payment of $500.

Ms. Galliher failed to deliver on that promise, and customers are demanding refunds.

We caught up with Galliher at her home a month ago, and she promised this was all a misunderstanding with Paypal, and that customers would be getting a refund and an explanation.

However, as far as we can tell, that hasn't happened yet.

The website has been taken down, but repeated attempts to reach Ms. Galliher for an update have been unsuccessful.
