Berger
I am not a supporter or fan of Berger, but why is a State Representative getting involved in a County issue. She is over the top on this one.
Brian Berger
Enough already!! If this man will not resign his office, it is time for the citizens to file a petition for removal
This man has no regard for the laws of the state of North Carolina. How can he get arrested for driving on
A revoked licenses and then go to DMV and get another one without out first going to court on his current
driving infraction.
I think it is time for the Governor to step in and remove him and schedule a new election.
Berger
He should have resigned months ago. He is an embarrasment to our community.
Justice is crazy Too
The oath was to uphold the the Constitution - NOT to serve at the whim of Carolyn "Justice". Justice is a self-aggrandizing joke. Let the courts work. Berger is a nut but the largest nuts are Davis, Catlin, and the thugs that are playing childish games with the County's business to keep their names in print.
Can't Justice can have an opinion too?
As a constitution expert "Guesto" should know that Ms. Justice has a right to state her opinion. She also has serves the citizens of NH county, so her concern and opinion on this matter is justified.
What's that Mr. Berger?
Come on Brian, we know this is you...same dumb comments you always make!
Justice????
The problem is Carolyn Justice will support anyone as long as they have an "R" beside their name. No judgment, just tea party politics.
feel different now
I am sure that most if not all the people that voted for Mr. Berger feel that he should resign too... I know that he says he was elected to do a job. But at this time he can not do it and should step down. If we had an election today he wouldn't be on the County Commissioners... Time to go Brian

Resign Already!
Enough is enough. There is an over abundance of citizens and officials urging you to resign. Why don't you listen to the citizens and just do it! We're done with you!
Got no job
This hypocritical boy went around badmouthing entitlements while on unemployment himself (out of Washington, DC even), he has been arrested is it three or four times, domestic violence, he tries to commit suicide, violates a protective order, had a wreck without insurance, driving now without a license, speeding, home teetering on foreclosure....never on time for meetings, never prepared, never contributes...I watch the meetings and he sits there like a bump on a log. I hope the judge throws the book at him because he clearly thinks he can do what he wants. Perhaps a stint in the bighouse will make him understand the severity of this situation. He's pitiful and needs to ask his family for help.
A question, if Brian does
A question, if Brian does resign who chooses his replacement, the Republican Party, the remaining county commissioners or voters by way of a special election?
