They should be combined and then called the State Police. Oh wait you guys. Disband, return the money. There is already a State Police.

Why does the town of Belville even exist? The entire government of Belville should be dissolved and the area annexed by Leland.

Please take care of your own problems first and then come to the people to ask what to do next. Do you actually think Bellville while paying only county taxes for Law Enforcement would want to pay more taxes for the same thing? The same thing appears at Monkey Junction (sort of). They will pay for living in Bellville but paying for a joint Law Enforcement agency too? Are you forgetting we are in the middle of a recession? Let's just charge everybody for our mistakes and problems!
