Military Cutoff Extension

This road is not going to be a bypass in the Ogden area. There are going to be four traffic lights in this portion of the bypass. 1 at Murrayville Rd, 1 at Torchwood Rd,1 at Lendire Rd and the final one at Putnam Dr. This is going to bring massive amounts of traffic into the residential, single family home neighborhoods. At DOT's estimate 50,000 Vehicles daily. All for the sake of relieveing traffic on Market St. Apparently the NCDOT is not smart enough to redo Market St.into a limited access road as New Jersey did many years ago.Route 17 from Route 80 to the New York State Thruway. Thereby maintaining the tranquility of residential area's. All businesses in this area are doing great even though people have to drive a little out of their way. In fairness to the residents of Ogden, I would like WWAY to take another survey this time seperate the Pender section from the New Hanover section.I would bet the Pender section gets all Yes.The New Hanover section all no's. Great job DOT for ruining our quality of life.
