RALEIGH (AP) -- Only Wake Forest gets the weekend off as 11 of the 12 Atlantic Coast Conference teams go to work in the next-to-last weekend of the regular season.

The highlight matchup is the last game of the two-day schedule, when Number 5 North Carolina faces Maryland at College Park.

The Tar Heels are alone atop the league at 10-3. The two teams trying to catch the Tar Heels are also in action as part of a four-game Saturday.

Virginia Tech, tied for second place with Virginia at 9-4, has a noon showdown in Blacksburg against Miami. The Cavaliers have a 3:30 tipoff with Georgia Tech in Charlottesville.

In between those games, Clemson is at Boston College for a 1 p.m. start, and North Carolina State faces Florida State in Tallahassee, also at 1. Number 18 Duke goes for its fourth straight victory in a game against Saint John's at Madison Square Garden.
