Are the local developers paying their fair share of infrastructure impact fees....another good question.

You made me spit coffee out my nose. The day impact fees (fees placed on developers for the added burden on the community for traffic, fire, education, water, sewer, and other infastructure) will be passed on is the day pigs will fly.
