WILMINGTON -- Questions remain as to how a 13-year-old boy got shot in the chest over the weekend.
Police say it happened around 3:30 Sunday afternoon in the 1200 block of South Ninth Street in downtown Wilmington.
Detectives believe the shooting may be an accident.
The victim is listed in stable condition.
