Preserve Yaupon Pier and all our remaining NC fishing amenities
There is a strong commitment in the NC saltwater fishing community to preserving the dwindling accesses and amenities for beach and pier fishing in the state. This type of event shows that we are an organized group willing to demonstrate our commitment. Participants in the tournament had traveled from as far away as Asheville to lend their support to Oak Island's drive to reopen Yaupon Pier.
