Obama tire slash update

There is an update following last weeks tire slashing outside an Obama rally in Fayetteville. Eighteen year old Timothy Michael Strickland has been cited in connection with slashing several tires during the rally. He will face charges on Thursday for eleven counts of willful injury to personal property. Police say this incident was not politically motivated, and the vehicles were randomly targeted.
