About a year ago, we told you about a Pender County man who was charged with statutory sex offenses and indecent liberties with a child.
While those charges have been dropped, 38-year-old Dennis Stephen Johnston pleaded guilty to two counts of manufacturing child pornography in federal court on Tuesday.
His sentencing is set for December, where he could get 30 to 60 years in prison.
