WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Randi Petrolino might as well get comfortable at the New Hanover County Courthouse. The 19-year-old was back in court today for a shoplifting charge. This case was continued to August 17 because her probation officer has strep throat.
Yesterday a judge continued another of Petrolino's cases until September. Police say she was huffing dust remover while driving over the Wrightsville Beach drawbridge in May, blacked out and hit a tree with two passengers in the car.

He is probably the guy that threatened Tom, said he was going to kick his butt if he saw him in the courtroom. I imagine all of the people defending her on here are just like this punk, sleeping in court. WOW Judge should have had him tossed.

I find this hilarious. I had to be in court recently over a corporate matter and literally had to wait three days sitting in court while the judge decided whether or not to hear our case and when. I don't blame them for napping. If I didn't snore like heck I would have too!
