ROANOKE, VA - The Federal Aviation Administration says a small plane that crashed in Virginia today also crashed in Brunswick County two years ago.
Virginia State Police say two people were taken to the hospital after the plane hit utility lines and crashed shortly after leaving the Roanoke Airport this afternoon. Police say the plane hit the front of the UPS freight building.
The FAA says on November 18, 2008 the Piper PA-46 ran off the runway at Brunswick County airport as it tried to take off and crashed into a ditch. No word on if the same pilot was involved today.

for the birds (lol)
As anecdotal as it may be; my Dad said if the good Lord had meant for man to fly, He would have given us wings. BTW, once was enough. But twice and the same plane ??? I hope they are alright.
