Police looking for accused gang rapists in Sunset Beach

Sunset Beach police are looking for some construction workers accused of gang raping a twenty-one year old woman. It happened last week at the Continental Motel in Sunset Beach. So far three men have been arrested. Sunset Beach police said the victim was visiting the area and asked the group of workers for a ride to Calabash. They agreed and invited her up to their motel room where the assault allegedly took place. Afterward, the men dropped her off at Sea Trail Golf Resort where she sought help from residents in the area Police are still looking for three of the men. Anyone with information about this case should call the Sunset Beach Police Department at 579-2151.

Please! She is so lying and of course its her word against a bunch of illegal immigrants. Who are they going to believe? She knew exactly what she was doing and she agreed to it. At some point she did disagree n things may have gotten out of hand but for the most part she is as guilty as they are. Im not defending the mexicans but somebody should listen to their side of the story because its probably more true than hers. No woman is stupid enough to get into a vehicle full of men mexican or otherwise and then go into their motel room and expect nothing to happen. She deserves to be sitting in prison right next to the mexicans. Is everybody blind?

No excuse for any woman to put her self in this kind of position. I love people, I love life. This just breaks my heart. Please ladies be aware & be careful. Call a cab to get a ride. I'll be praying for this young lady that she will be able to get the help she needs such as counseling and she will become a stronger person. I was raped 30yrs ago by someone I knew so remember it doesn't have to be a stranger.

All she had to do is call East Coast Designated Driver Service. I will be glad to come to any womans rescue. If you dont have the funds dont worry abought it.You can find me at Victoria's at ocean Isle Beach. I work all the way from Ocean Isle. To myrtle beach. You can look me up and pay me later. And if you never pay me At least I know that you got home safe. Please dont take any chances with some one you do not know. Ive been saving lives for over a year now. every one knows. If you dont have my number you can call any bar or restraunt in Ocean Isle. They all know me. 910-664-0747 I'll come running. Ok this certainly wasn't her fault but any "lady" who asks a bunch of strangers/construction workers for a ride to calabash certainly isn't using good judgement.

I hate that this woman was assaulted. Ladies, please be careful! You just cannot put yourselves in these kinds of situations (getting rides from strangers and going to their hotel room). The story does not mention if there was alcohol/drugs involved...

i do agree that she should not have taken a ride from strangers. but sometimes you do things that you don't think about till after you do it.. i hope that others that read about this ( men or women ) will be smart and call a taxi.. taxi steve is always there when you need him. you can call him or you can find him at salty mcdoogles or victoria's both in ocean isle. he is someone you can trust.. please people think first before you do something that you might regret...

Yes I hate hearing stuff like this. It makes me sick to think abought it. Ive got 6 daughters and to think this could happen to one of them.Its just messed up.ive also got four grandaughters. If someone was to do any one of my little girls like this. I wouldnt care if she was drunk or on drugs. they wouldnt have to worry abought the police. this is one time that i would go to prison. Because i would take matters into my own hands. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO PUT THEIR HANDS ON A OTHER PERSONS PERSON. KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOUR SELF, UNLESS INVITED. I think we need eye for an eye justice. You kill, you get killed. You rape, you get raped. You steal, all your stuff is taken. Also use the death penalty, don't just impose it, follow it through.
