Do you agree with Augusta National Golf Club admitting women to its membership?

And that's a big deal because why ?

So... as a guy with way too much self-respect to be caught dead on a golf course I can honestly say I do not understand the whole golf sub-culture... I do know it involves ugly pants and a lot of drinking... However, why exactly is it bad for women to be accepted to Augusta National? From my observation of golfers (I live on a golf course) women seem to be intricate part of this whole crazy ritual... there are the drink girls who drive around on golf carts serving booze... there are the Hooters girls who put up with the same drunken golfers following a day on the links... there are the hookers that Tiger Woods seemed to like so much... Do golf clubs cause some kind of girlie cancer I am unaware of or something? I really don’t get it so I want a serious explanation for the "No" position. Any takers? Anybody?

I have not problem with women being admitted to Augusta National, but really do not see why this is such an issue. There is nothing wrong with all men's clubs or all women's clubs in my opinion. Why does everything have to be so politically correct that long standing traditions are thrown out the window?
