Here is a way to get Mr.Obama's and Congress's attention. If Obama and congress won't enforce the laws and stop the invasion of our country. We simply stop paying Income Tax until they do.

I do not have insurance, I cannot afford it. I will not buy into Obamacare, send the goon squad after me now. Why would I want to be included in substandard force placed insurance. Forget it, send me to jail. I look forward to my day in court, the administration cannot force me against my will.

If I understand it correctly, if a person does not buy health insurance then they will be fined and still have to pay for a health policy that they cannot really afford. I am currently lucky to have health insurance through my job, even though I still cannot afford to see a doctor. My insurance is mainly for emergencies and not for basic health care. I'm looking for some way to afford basic health care, health and life insurance and still be able to pay rent and buy groceries.
This is a great plan for college students so their parents can continue to pay for their insurance/health care and for people with prior conditions who have lost their insurance. But the care of older people or people with chronic conditions is under question.
No one should have to be forced to buy insurance they don't want, just like people should be able to have a super sized drink if that's what they want. Take away basic decisions for our own lives makes robots and sheep out of everyone in the end.

I'm fairly sure those with pre-existing conditions are thrilled with this ruling. As a Christian and a military veteran, I'm happy that a lot of my fellow Americans will now have access to decent health care.

"We are endowed by our CREATOR with certain unalienable rights". Jesus would not support the government taking away that which God has given. Jesus would not want the government to rob Peter to pay Paul.
We the people were taking care of each other long before the government stepped in. And if the government didn't take so much off the top, then we the people would still be able to take care of each other.

I'm a retired Firefighter/EMT who also worked in an Emergency Room and went on calls where people of all ages suffered at home until it was an emergency or in a few cases too late because they had no health insurance. I also saw the ER full of patients with things that should be treated by a family doctor but they had no insurance. And I am guessing that most of those bills don't get paid and so that is why my health insurance and co-pays go up every year & hospitals charge so much for everything. We all pay one way or the other.
People in the USA shouldn't die of very treatable common illnesses because they can't afford insurance. When I was a child people looked out for their neighbor. Cared about other people and were proud of their country. America was the best country in the world. We were better than the rest and envied by most. All of the love and pride we had for the USA and our fellow citizens has been replaced with a mean spirited every man/woman for themselves attitude.

How wonderful to see two positive comments from people who think that no one in this powerful and rich (at least the 1%) country should not have health care.

All Christians who love Jesus would agree with you...as I do.
