AZ should be left alone. Before anyone speaks up you should go to the state and see what they are putting up with...If our federal government wont protect the people then the state has the right to.
More states should follow AZ lead...

Ain't it funny how, now that 3 out of 4 of the points of the AZ law have been struck down by the court, that AG Holder is now saying that he is watching the AZ police officers for profiling or anything considered to be discrimination... in other words... he will be more diligent to catch those that are trying to uphold the laws of the land than those that are by name "illegal" aliens.

States Rights vs. Federal Law and National Sovereignty
There has been a decades long push to change the dialogue about crossing the U.S. border illegally or overstaying one's visa. If we can call those who wish to uphold our laws, "haters" splitting up families, and racists, we can overlook the criminal activity of illegal status.
AZ is inundated with illegal aliens and criminal activity. Something had to be done on a state level to protect citizens. Kudos!
NC, for an inland state, is also under siege with 100s of 1000s of illegals. Using what documents for whose job?? Driving unlicensed on the roads, in the welfare office, and demanding rights. The families who are really "torn apart" have been the victims of illegal alien crime. Where is the justice for citizens?
A President who won't actually go the border but protects illegals by circumventing laws, eliminating enforcement programs, and pushing for amnesty needs to be voted out by constitutional conservatives. I for one, am looking forward to pulling the lever and getting this globalist and his minions out of power.

Quit thinking your better or special...your the same....the exact same. Your family was probably immigrants, what is the problem? Are they taking something from you...Lets have your tax money go to more bombs and fences. Stay in your suburb and don't affect the rest of the world with you banality...lets deport you!
What is it about "Illegal" that you don't understand?
Immigration is one thing. Illegal immigration is yet another. We have a system in place to welcome those here that want to come. No, it isn't easy, but it is IMPOSSIBLE for me as an American to buy mexican waterfront property.
The illegal immigrants take from the citizens of this country every single day, in every state, and nearly every city. They do not pay their taxes, farm babies at our expense, enroll in the food stamp (EBT) program, ride around drunk without insurance and are taking American jobs for pennies on the dollar.
This isn't about being Mexican, Honduran, Haitian or Cuban. It's about breaking the law to get here, breaking the law to live here and NOT performing your American duty to your country by paying your fair share of taxes! Cheat, steal and lie!!! That isn't what America is all about, no matter how you tend to justify your existence here!

I concure with Ann Edwards and thank her for her comments. Immigrants from other countries have been released from prisons and other local law incarceration lock up, so these people can enter the U.S. We don't need prisoners, dopeheads etc. to enter this country at all much less illegally. I have worked with the N.C. prison system for 24 years, I have seen and talked with illegal aliens who are incarcerated, they will tell you and I also have been told when they are sent back to their country it will take only $300.00 for a new ID and they will be back to the U.S. with in two to three months. President Obama changed things in immigration laws only to get votes without going through protocal. If a President is allowed to change laws at any time, in my mind this is the beginning of a dictatorship. Now I have observed immigrants working in the fields for farmers and they work hard, immigrants aren't all bad and those who come legally I welcome them. I also have retired from the Army National Guard with 29 years of service, I love my country and didn't go to vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraqi freedom to allow people to destroy our country from within.

Well said........exactly how I and millions of others feel. Other immigrants did things the correct way, but we want to make this group "special" so they don't have to follow laws.
