Any Wilmington citizen who voted for this guy should be ashamed of themselves. This guy will be late to his own funeral and someone like this representing our city is outrageous. All you have to do is engage in a 60 second conversation with him to realize ihis elevator doesn't go to the top floor. I'm so glad I will be moving away from Wilmington next year.

Are you kidding me?? If the average Joe Citizen tried to ignore the law(s) he would be fined and/or jailed. A politician cannot be allowed any "special" treatment. Failure to appear in court?? Impeach this guy!!

PIC=Petition for Involuntary Committment. Honestly his behavior is such that it pretty much warrents it and that after his slice and dice job when he email those pics to his ex-gf Blaylock to me indicate the guy is a threat to himself at minimum and possibly others (hence why the restraining order by Blaylock against him).. Brian obviously has some mental health issues that are beyond minor in nature. They are affecting his ability to function in daily life as shown by todays actions and likely now to spend the weekend in jail or longer. Honestly surprised he didnt get slapped for contempt of court as well

It starts at the top
Berger isn't the only politician to receive a Failure to Appear. The president and his lawyer were no-shows in a Georgia court yesterday. While technically, he could be held in contempt, I'd settle for a 7 day mental evaluation, like Berger.
