Regardless of when any "agreement" is reached, taxes are going up on everyone, not just the so-called "rich".

Congress let our credit rating fall last time, and the end of the year comes this week, when Congress breaks for the holidays, so yeah, I believe we'll crash and burn, for a while at least, then everyone will have to fill out new W-2's, to meet whatever they do agree too!
