Do you think UNCW should have issued a tornado warning during yesterday's storm?

I was amazed that a warning was not issued. I witnessed the fluctuating funnel from College St. to the coastline at Wrightsville Beach. It formed from the wall cloud a few times. I heard some observers on scanner comment about it as well. The marine channels were abuzz about it as well.

Nothing like scaring people for no reason. Do this a few more times, and people won't even flinch when there's an actual emergency.
