I have been on this earth for 43 years. I feel I am a productive citizen. Never been arrested, never had a traffic ticket.

In my 43 years I have never seen a law enforcement agency without corruption. My uncle use to say. "It takes a bigger crook to catch a crook." In my experience law enforcement folks are a needed evil. They don't really protect us. They harass us most of the time, create a corrupt revenue for states,...but they have to be there to clean up the mess when something bad happens, write reports for insurance companies, and create a revenue stream for the government. They also give a false, but needed sense of security to weak minded individuals. They're like chemo therapy really.... needed to fix the problems you have, but sometimes you question if the cure is worse than the problem.

He should have been fired long ago. Why does this scumbag still have a position of power. Thank god I moved out of Leland years ago. Unfortunately I still have great fiends there that are terrified of what Jayne will do if he finds out they dislike him. The citizens of Leland need to have their own "arab spring". Unite as a community and have this scum removed from power.
