Hey Kids maybe you can send the cards and letters to him. He can't seem to understand that you don't fire a full magazine of bullets into the air behind is house in Windsor Park on New Year's Eve or point his duty weapon at another Officer's head and saying "Bang" or pointing it at another Officer's chest and saying "Bang". Gun handling 101 should be a part of his in service training. Oh I forgot he doesn't go to in service training until he is told too by the State!
I don't understand how he is able to keep his job after firing his weapon in the air. If he used his duty ammo, he should have filled out a use of force report and would have to request the ammo to be replaced. And what armorer does the department have that didn't take his weapon and mandate a psych exam the first time he pointed it at another officer? It looks and sounds like the lunatics are running the asylum.
