Should New Hanover Co. Commissioner Brian Berger's remaining travel expenses be waived?

Darn it Brian, you're only supposed to vote once.

Brian Berger is a disgrace to our government. Why in the world would they consider waiving his travel expenses? Perhaps we, the taxpayers, could pay his electric bills, cable and phone why were at it.

They don't waive tax payment for people, so why give him special treatment...

Brian knew what the rules were. He owes us, the taxpayers, for money spent on his behalf for hotel rooms booked (not used) and conference fees paid for meetings he didn't attend.

Shame on you Brian! You ran on a platform of fiscal responsibility on the part of County Commission...it's high time to walk the walk instead of just talking the talk.

I feel the the council should quit playing games with this head case and take steps to remove this pain from their panel.
